Please note that we are an online-only PC Shop and make use of couriers including Australian Air Express to deliver directly from suppliers to clients; that is, we dropship.

We can waive the delivery charge on orders above $500 on selected items - please check with us to confirm before purchase, if interested. Also, we can arrange for free local pickup in the Illawarra area (NSW South Coast) on said (minimum $500) orders, too.

The most convenient way to pay us -- and reduce payment clearing time -- is via Direct Bank Deposit. However, feel free to use the alternate methods though, if they suit your needs.

If you do not have internet banking -- or, would rather not use it, nor any other form of electronic transfer -- you could visit your local Australia Post branch and send us an Aust Post Money Order.

Please note that your item(s) will be immediately sent once payment has been received and cleared, and respective items are actually in-stock. We make updates to our database daily. Though, items sometimes sell too quick, and the inventory status may be out of sync as a result.

With items that are not in stock and have an ETA -- the general rule would be an extra day required for warehouse processing; that is, they would normally be available the day after the ETA, providing the ETA was met.
